The Ballister Flooring Sealant is a premium neutral silicone sealant with high movement capability. When cured, the Ballister silicone sealant is resistant to UV radiation, weather and ageing. making it suitable for interior and exterior use. The cured sealant is resistant to fungal and bacterial growth.  

The high viscosity of this silicone sealant makes it very easy to with when trying to achieve a good finish. 

The Transparent option of this silicone sealant is not clear or translucent, it has a slightly milky appearance, allowing it to hide unsightly cuts around the perimeter of the room, while still remaining inconspicuous and blending in with the colour of the flooring. This is one of the few true transparent silicone sealants.
